Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

We provide the cleaning ladies with a vacuum and some rags but she will use whatever cleaning supplies are in the apartment. Most people want us to use their own cleaning supplies — that's why we don't bring them.

What are the arrival times?

Even though you can pick your own time, the only time we can guarantee an exact arrival time is the morning appointments. After that, there are estimated arrival windows of 12–1PM or 3–4PM.

Do the cleaning ladies speak English?

All cleaning ladies understand English. If for whatever reason they don't understand, you can always text Danny and he works as a mediator between the cleaning lady and client. You can also email or text us at info@djcleaningservice.com with any particular request beforehand and we will make a note for the cleaning ladies.

How do I pay for the cleaning?

We do not accept payments through the website. You can pay the cleaning lady directly in cash on the day of service. Prefer to pay digitally? Just text Danny at (917) 301-9884 and he can send you the company Venmo to pay ahead of time.

How do I cancel or reschedule?

To cancel or reschedule, please text Danny at (917) 301-9884 at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Are your cleaners background-checked?

Yes. All of our cleaning staff are vetted, experienced professionals. We are a family-owned business and take trust and reliability very seriously.

Do you offer recurring cleaning services?

Yes! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and other recurring schedules. Recurring clients receive consistent service from the same cleaner whenever possible.
