We provide the cleaning ladies with a vacuum and some rags but she will use whatever cleaning supplies are in the apartment. Most people want us to use their own cleaning supplies thats why we don’t bring. 

Even though you can pick your own time the only time you we can guarantee an exact arrival time is the morning appointments. After that its estimated arrival windows of 12-1PM or 3-4PM.

All cleaning ladies understand English. If for whatever reason they dont understand, you can always text Danny and he works as a mediator between cleaning lady and client. You can also email or text Danny any particular request before hand and he will make a note for the cleaning ladies.
